Concierge Services

Rybovich proudly provides concierge services to help manage all your buisness and personal needs.
The Concierge is available in the Crew Lounge during normal business hours (9am to 6pm M-F). She can direct you to local area businesses including local banks, doctors, restaurants, taverns, salons, attractions, shopping, and special events. Rybovich also hosts weekly events and activities like yoga, pillates, training expos, rugby, and Friday Crew Parties. For specific inquiries, contact Lauren Cotton at 561-840-8129.
Also located in the Crew Lounge (in addition to the TV's, Gaming Systems, and Fitness Center) is a color fax machine & copier. Please utilize your vessel's long distance code when sending faxes outside the local calling area. If you do not have a code, one can be provided to you by our concierge. We have also added an ATM for your convenience.
To facilitate mail pickup, the concierge will have access to US Post Office mail. Large Packages will still be picked up in the Shipping and Receiving department at the east end of the service building.
