Rybovich offers its team members a trade-specific program for advancement within our organization.  Under the PATT (Professional Advancement Through Training) system, each new team member will be assigned a rating based on their past work experience and training.  The PATT system allows team members to take ownership of their future because it specifically identifies training that is necessary to advance to the next rating.  Pay increases are based on rating increases.  Training is also offered for team member personal development on topics such as 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Paradigm Awareness.
